This week in class we explored SAMR, the TPACK Model, and Sketchnoting all as resoucres for showing intentionality in technology enabled learning.


My favourite activity we did today was probably the Sketch-noting activity. We began by drawing symbols and doodles to warm up. Then, we practiced writing in different fonts titles, and little figures. I found this to be so therapeutic!

Sktechnoting can be used in many different ways, whether jotting notes down in a lecture or sitting in a meeting trying to visualize the presentation. This is a great way to retain information engagingly and authentically! I could use this method in not only my personal studies but also in my future classroom by teaching students interesting methods to retain information.
