Welcome back! For this week’s free inquiry I made the most delicious fried rice with egg – here’s how I did it.

First, I began by starting my rice in the rice cooker and let that cook for around 30 minutes. When that was done, I chopped up half of a white onion to substitute for the green onion and put that in a bowl to the side. I got three eggs, whisked them together in a bowl, and seasoned them with salt and pepper. I poured my whisked eggs and diced onion into a hot skillet with oil and let that start to cook. I scrambled the eggs and added about 2 cups of my rice into the skillet. I added some soy sauce to the mixture and stirred that all together with the heat off.
